Sale of Home Ownership Scheme Flats

The Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) becomes a regular part of the government’s housing policy. The Hong Kong Housing Authority is responsible for producing the new HOS flats and working out the implementation details. The latest batch of about 4,800 new HOS flats will be put up for pre-sale in May 2019.

The Housing Authority reviewed the Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme (GSH) pilot project and endorsed regularising the GSH in January 2018. The latest batch of about 3,700 new GSH flats will be put up for pre-sale in December 2019.
