When attending your appointment, you should bring the completed relevant application form (except for International Driving Permit Self-service Kiosk) and the required documents as set out in the application form, including acceptable address proof and supporting documents that can prove your eligibility.
In addition, applicants must, within three months before submitting an application, verify the e-contact means (i.e. Hong Kong mobile phone number or email address) by a one-time password through the designated online platform of the Transport Department for their applications (except for application for driving test or Certificate of Driving Licence Particulars).
