  • The Business Facilitation Division has been transferred to the Efficiency Office new

With effect from 1 April 2018, the Business Facilitation Division of the former Economic Analysis and Business Facilitation Unit has been transferred to the Efficiency Office under the Innovation and Technology Bureau as the Business Facilitation Team (the Team).

The Team will continue to collaborate with the business sector to identify areas to further improve the regulatory regimes, and co-ordinate the efforts of bureaux/departments in implementing business facilitation measures, with a view to removing red tape and reducing compliance cost, thereby sustaining a more competitive business environment in Hong Kong.

The Team has been relocated to 9/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The contact information has changed as follows:
