    For each BLG, the Business Facilitation Team will send invitations to the Hong Kong Family Entertainment Centre Trade Association Ltd (HKFECTAL) and individual operators of family amusement centres who hold valid Places of Public Entertainment Licences. BLG members are welcome to suggest agenda items on licensing and regulatory matters affecting the trade.

  • Highlight of Interesting IssuesHighlight of Interesting Issues

    • The "game zone approach" launched by the Licensing Authority in April 2008 has greatly streamlined the application process for change of "amusement with prize" in licensed places of public entertainment, e.g. family amusement centres and theme parks.
    • If applicants have insurmountable difficulties in complying with the prescribed fire services requirements, fire engineering approach is acceptable to Fire Services Department.
