Your Journey Planner

If You are Driving

For drivers who want to save time and cost when travelling, the Hong Kong eRouting by the Transport Department (TD) may help you. It provides route suggestions by textual and map display with estimated travel time, distance and toll information. Other information such as no-stopping restrictions, vehicle restrictions, parking information (including real-time parking vacancy information of some car parks) and road works information is also shown. There are user-friendly icons which allow you to conveniently compare the harbour-crossing routes.  In addition, you will be alerted of the special traffic news along the suggested travel route.

Live Traffic Information

Sometimes, road traffic condition can be unpredictable especially during rush hours and bad weathers. The Road Traffic Information Service (RTIS) integrates special traffic news, special traffic and transport arrangement, cross harbour journey time, camera shots of traffic condition and traffic speed map on the Internet, so that you can keep abreast of the latest traffic information when you are on the move.

The Journey Time Indication System (JTIS) assists motorists to make an informed route choice to cross the harbour. Before they arrive at the critical diversion points, they can refer to the journey time indicators for journey time information of different cross harbour routes.
