| How the major Business Group(s) will be affected by the new regulations/ administrative measures and procedures under consultation: | Upon full implementation date of upgrading exercise, the energy labels with new energy efficiency grading shall be used for the three prescribed products, namely Refrigerating Appliances, Washing Machines and Storage Type Electric Water Heaters to be supplied in the market. |
