Payment in Person

Besides paying by post or via electronic means, you can also pay tax, Business Registration Fee and Stamp Duty or purchase Tax Reserve Certificates in person at the collection points detailed below. 

Post Offices

You can present the payment voucher and pay your IRD bills including tax, Business Registration Fee and Stamp Duty or purchase Tax Reserve Certificates at Post Offices by cash, cheque or EPS.  Daily cash payment shall be less than $120,000.  For enquiries on locations and opening hours, you may contact the Hongkong Post Hotline at 2921 2222 or visit the following webpage.

For tax payment in person at the Inland Revenue Centre in Kai Tak, please pay at the Concorde Road Post Office. Details are as follows:

Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 5 pm
Saturday: 9:30 am to 1 pm

Convenience Stores

If payment vouchers are printed with barcode, you can present the voucher and pay tax, Business Registration Fee and e-Stamping payment at any 7-Eleven Convenience Store, Circle K Convenience Store, VanGO Convenience Store and U select in Hong Kong.  Cash payments are limited to a maximum of $5,000 per transaction.  For EPS payments, please visit the following webpage.

Business Registration Office

You can present the payment notice and pay the Business Registration Fee in person at the Business Registration Office by cash, cheque or EPS. For enquiries on location and opening hour, please visit the following webpage.
