Online Travel Document Application Status Enquiry

If you have submitted an application related to a HKSAR Travel Document to the Immigration Department, you can enquire online about the status of that application.  This page will tell you who can use the online service, how to use it and how to obtain further information.

Who Can Use This Service

If you have submitted an application for HKSAR passport, Document of Identity for Visa Purposes or Re-entry Permit, you can use the service to enquire about the status of application.

How to Make an Enquiry Online

You can access the service through the link below.  When you have done so, you will need to enter your application reference number and input your day and year of birth.  If the information matches the Immigration Department’s records, the application status will be shown.

If your application has been cancelled or finalised, the record will be purged from the system and you will not be able to enquire about its status.
