Online Notification of Termination of Employment Contract/Studies

Who Can Use This Service

You can use the online service to notify the Immigration Department of termination of employment contract/studies if the applicants are:

Persons admitted under the following arrangements / schemes

 

- General Employment Policy (GEP)

 

- Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals (ASMTP)

 

- Technology Talent Admission Scheme (TechTAS)

Persons admitted under GEP as entrepreneurs

(3)

Persons admitted under Enhanced Supplementary Labour Scheme as imported workers

(4)

Persons admitted under Special Scheme to Import Care Workers for Residential Care Homes as imported care workers

(5)

Persons admitted under Sector-specific Labour Importation Schemes as imported labour

(6)

Persons admitted for training

(7)

Persons with student status (online notification should be completed by the educational institution)

Please note that in the online submission process, the applicant / the authorised person of the employing company / the authorised person of the educational institution (if applicable) will be required to fill in an online form and sign to confirm that all information given in the online form is correct, complete and true.

File Formats

Before uploading the required documents, you will need to scan them in one of the following formats:

File type: JPEG, PDF, GIF, PNG or TIF (RAW, LZW, JPEG, CCITT-G4)

File size: 5Mbytes or below for each file

Colour depth: Grayscale (for documents without photos)

                        Colour (for documents with photos)
