Who Can Use This Service?
You can use this online service after you have successfully made an appointment for registration of birth of your child through the Internet or by telephone.

Using this online service, you can submit online the information required for registration of birth in advance to speed up the processing time for registration of birth on the appointment day. You should submit it at least one day before your scheduled appointment.
You should get ready the following information for completion of the information sheet “Information Required for Registration of Birth” (Form BDR93A) online:
- Name of the child
- Nationality of the child
- Full name of parents
- Hong Kong identity card no. / travel document no. of parents
- Nationality of parents
- Date and place of marriage of parents, and marriage certificate no.
- Parents’ telephone no. and address (please provide the address in English as far as practicable)
Please ensure the correctness of the information you provided. If the submitted information is incorrect, you can make corrections when you turn up on the appointment day for registration of birth.
