The WSD Electronic Services provides services including e-billing i.e. receiving your water bills by email, online enquiry of the latest bill and your account information, notification of emergency water suspension, application for meter test, new water supply/replumbing work and renewal/reissue of a plumber’s licence.

How to access WSD Electronic Services via MyGovHK?

First of all, you must have an active WSD Electronic Services account and a registered MyGovHK account. Then, you can log into your MyGovHK account, select “Access Water Supplies Department Electronic Services” and follow the steps to link up the two accounts. Please note that one MyGovHK account can only link up with one WSD Electronic Services account.
