Search Audited Accounts of the Charitable Fund-raising Activities

The permittees or licencees who are approved to organise the following charitable fund-raising activities should submit the audited accounts of these activities to the government department concerned for checking and uploading to this webpage for public inspection for 12 months (under normal circumstances, the organisations should submit the audited accounts within 90 days after the last approved charitable fund-raising event date or from the date of the draw of lottery) -

(1) applications for organising Flag Days submitted to the Social Welfare Department (SWD) on or after 1 April 2018;
(2) applications for organising General Charitable Fund-raising Activities submitted to the SWD or for organising lottery activities submitted to the Home Affairs Department on or after 1 August 2018; or
(3) applications for organising Solicitation of Signed Authorisation Forms submitted to the SWD on or after 1 July 2021.
