e-Procurement Programme

 

The e-Procurement Programme aims to enable electronic transaction between suppliers and the  participating bureaux and departments (B/Ds) in respect of departmental purchases of goods and non-construction services not exceeding HK$1.36 million and consultancy services not exceeding HK$3 million.

If you are not yet a supplier of the participating B/Ds (including supplier of the Government Logistics Department), you may consider contacting the participating B/Ds with which you are now doing business or through Doing Business with the Government website for applying for inclusion in the supplier list. Once your application is accepted, you can enroll to use our e-services which is free of charge. You may refer to How to Join section for details. Once joining our e-services, you can:

  • Receive invitations for quotations or proposals from participating B/Ds;
  • Submit quotations or proposals electronically;
  • Receive clarification requests from participating B/Ds and submit clarification responses for purchase of goods and non-construction services;
  • Receive the purchase orders for goods and non-construction services contracts or letters of acceptance from participating B/Ds;
  • Submit the electronic invoices for goods and non-construction services contracts.
