Who Can Use This Service

If you are a person admitted as an imported labour for employment in Hong Kong and have been granted with a limit of stay shorter than the duration of the employment contract upon arrival having regard to the validity of your passport / travel document, etc., you can submit an application for extension of stay via this online service for completing the remaining period of your current contract after renewal of your passport / travel document, provided that the employer confirms to continue your employment.
