Any person who needs to amend the personal particulars on his/her identity card can access the online service by clicking the following link. Please read the following instructions and have your application documents ready.

Applicant may still be required to submit further supporting documents and information in connection with the application when necessary.

File size: 2Mbytes or below for each file

Payment Method

Upon receipt of the application, the Registration of Persons Office will ask the applicant to attend an interview to produce the originals of his/her supporting documents. If the application is approved, arrangements will be made for the applicant to replace his/her identity card at a fee of HK$460.
