BR e-Monitoring Service

This service allows a business to keep track of the following updates in the business register in respect of its business/branch(es):

• change in business/branch address
• admission of partner in the business
• retirement of partner in the business
• cessation of business/branch

This service is available to –

• the sole proprietor – in respect of a sole proprietorship
• any of the partners – in respect of a partnership
• the secretary, manager or any of the directors – in respect of a business carried on by a company;
• any of the principal officers – in respect of a business carried on by a body of persons; and
• the Business Tax Portal (BTP) Administrators and the Authorized Users handling the business registration matters of a business – in respect of the business. 

Depending on the type of the relevant business and the user’s capacity, the above user may subscribe this service via the following dedicated portal account:

• Individual Tax Portal (ITP);
• BTP.
