TRP Business Account

With a TRP Business Account, a Service Agent (including Tax Representative, Company Secretary and Service Provider) can view his/her client's tax information and access online services available through Tax Representative Portal (TRP) anytime and anywhere. It's easy, convenient and environmental friendly.

Before registering for a TRP Business Account, the Service Agent must have a registered BTP Business Account under Business Tax Portal (BTP) with BTP Administrator appointed. Only the appointed BTP Administrator can register for a TRP Business Account under which he/she can set up TRP Team(s), appoint TRP Team Lead(s) and define the scopes of service for each TRP Team. Each TRP Team can have only one TRP Team Lead while the same TRP Team Lead can be assigned as the TRP Team Lead of more than one TRP Teams. Both the BTP Administrator and TRP Team Lead are given rights to manage Team Member(s) and manage client(s). After successful engagement of clients to the designated TRP Team, the respective TRP Team Lead(s) and TRP Team Member(s) can access to those online services assigned by the BTP Administrators and clients. TRP Team Lead and Team Members to be appointed must first register for his/her own TRP User Account (which is also his/her BTP User Account) in order to activate the appointment.

TRP User Account

To activate your appointment as a TRP Team Lead or TRP Team Member in the TRP, you need to register for your own dedicated TRP User Account first. Please note that your TRP User Account is also your BTP User Account. If you have already been a BTP User Account holder, you can directly log in TRP by BTP authentication means and you DO NOT need to do the registration. If you do not have a BTP/TRP User Account, please proceed to register now. TRP User Account is only for business-use and it enables you to handle your clients' tax or business affairs through TRP.

Before registering for your BTP/TRP User Account, you must possess an ITP Account in Individual Tax Portal (ITP). Please note that the Username of your BTP/TRP User Account must be different from that of your ITP Account through which you handle your own individual tax affairs.

Forgot Username / Password

If you forget your TRP Username / Password, you may select "Forgot Username / Password" on the TRP login page to retrieve your Username or reset your Password.  You will be redirected to ITP to authenticate your identity.

In the case of "Forgot Username", upon successful authentication with ITP, your TRP Username will be retrieved and displayed on screen instantly.  In the case of "Forgot Password", upon successful authentication with ITP, you can reset your TRP Password online.
