TRP Business Account
With a TRP Business Account, a Service Agent (including Tax Representative, Company Secretary and Service Provider) can view his / her client's tax information and access online services under Tax Representative Portal (TRP) anytime and anywhere. It's easy, convenient, and environmentally friendly.
Before registering for a TRP Business Account, the Service Agent must have a registered BTP Business Account under Business Tax Portal (BTP) with BTP Administrator appointed. Only BTP Administrator can register for a TRP Business Account.
After the TRP Business Account is opened, BTP Administrator can appoint a BTP Authorized User to use the “Manage TRP Team” service through BTP. BTP Administrator / the appointed BTP Authorized User can:
- set up TRP Team(s)
- appoint TRP Team Lead(s)
- define TRP Team’s scope of services
Each TRP Team can have only one TRP Team Lead, while the same TRP Team Lead can be assigned to lead more than one TRP Team.
BTP Administrator, BTP Authorized User being appointed to manage TRP Team and TRP Team Lead are given rights to manage Team Member(s) and client(s). After clients are successfully engaged to the designated TRP Team, the respective TRP Team Lead and TRP Team Member(s) can access online services based on the Team’s scope of services and the type of services appointed by clients.

To activate your appointment as a TRP Team Lead or TRP Team Member, you need to first register for your own TRP User Account. This account is only for business-use and enables you to manage your clients' tax or business matters through TRP.
Please note that your TRP User Account is also your BTP User Account.
- If you already have a BTP User Account, simply log in TRP by BTP authentication. No further registration is needed
- If you do not have a BTP / TRP User Account, please register
Before registering for your BTP / TRP User Account, you must possess an Individual Tax Portal (ITP) Account.
Notes:
- Your TRP User Account is a personal account designated for business use only, and is not linked to any specific TRP Business(es) you serve. The TRP Username and Password for this account must differ from those used for your ITP Account, which manages your individual tax matters.
- Your TRP Username serves as a permanent personal identifier for all TRP services and cannot be changed after the account is created. Please choose it thoughtfully.
- To enable your serving TRP Business(es) to appoint you as their TRP Team Lead or TRP Team Member, you must first add the Business Registration Number(s) of those business(es) to your Serving Business List. Once added, share your TRP Username with the respective business(es) so they can proceed with your appointment.
Forgot Username / Password
If you forget your TRP username / password, select "Forgot Username / Password" on the TRP login page, and you will be redirected to ITP to authenticate your identity.
- In the case of "Forgot Username", upon successful authentication with ITP, your TRP username will be retrieved and displayed on screen instantly
- In the case of "Forgot Password", upon successful authentication with ITP, you can reset your TRP password online
