You can transfer your notification subscriptions from GovHK Notifications to the iAM Smart (News & Alerts) by following the steps below.

 

Method 1 - via iAM Smart:

  1. Navigate to one of the following locations

     

    ●  Inbox > Announcements > News & Alerts

    ●  Settings > Notifications > News & Alerts Category

     

     
  1. Follow the instructions in the pop-up windows.

 

Method 2 - via GovHK Notifications:

  1. Open GovHK Notifications app.
  2. Follow the instructions in the pop-up windows.

 

Managing Notifications in iAM Smart

● To view notifications: Inbox > Announcements > News & Alerts

● To subscribe notifications: Settings > Notifications > News & Alerts Category
