If you encounter any difficulties using BTP & TRP online services and cannot find a solution in the FAQs, you may make an enquiry through the following channels:
- For enquiries relating to BTP / TRP account registration, appointment of BTP administrator / authorized user and service agent, and setup of TRP team, etc.:
- Call eTAX Helpdesk at (852) 183 2011 during service hours [08:15 to 12:30 & 13:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday (except public holidays)]. If you want to leave a message for a return call, select language, and then press *7. The IRD will call back within 2 working days as far as possible.
