If you have any difficulty in using BTP & TRP online services but cannot find the solution from the frequently asked questions, you may make an enquiry through the following channels:
- For enquiry relating to BTP/TRP account registration, appointment of BTP administrator/ authorized user and service agent, and setup of TRP team etc:
- Call eTAX Helpdesk at (852) 183 2011 during service hours [8:15 to 12:30 & 13:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday (except public holidays)]. If you want to leave a message for return call, after selecting language, press *7 to leave a message and IRD will call back within 2 working days as far as possible.
