Online Payment for Application relating to Birth, Death or Marriage Registration Records

If you have submitted an application relating to birth, death or marriage registration records to the Immigration Department, online payment service may be applicable to you. This page will tell you who can use the online service, how to use it and how to obtain further information.

Who can Use this Service

If you have submitted the following application by post, you can use this service for payment:

  • Search of birth, death or marriage registration records, and/or obtain a certified copy of the record
  • Certificate of absence of marriage record

If you opt to pay using this service, you will have to pay all the fees by the same payment method.  Immigration Department will contact you regarding the payment details upon receipt of the application.

How to Make Online Payment for Application relating to Birth, Death or Marriage Registration Records

You can access the service through the link below. You will need to enter the application reference number and the date of birth of Data Subject. If the information matches the Immigration Department’s records, you can proceed to make payment by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay), PPS or FPS.
