Partnership Fund for the Disadvantage provide dollar-to-dollar matching grants to donations made by business corporations to support NGO promoting social welfare projects. To facilitate Non Government Organisations (NGOs) establish partnership relationship with the business sector, the Social Welfare Department disseminates information on NGOs' proposals for business sponsorship through this website.

The CIIF is to develop social capital, in order to help the disadvantaged achieve self-reliance; promote mutual help in the neighbourhood; and encourage tripartite partnerships.  Businesses and welfare bodies, as well as local groups, are welcome to submit applications. The Fund invites new applications in May and November every year.

Caring Company Scheme is organised by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service . The scheme promotes social responsibility from business sectors and facilitates cooperation between social service sectors and private sectors.
