The GovHK Help Desk is managed by the "1823 Call Centre" of the Government and operates round the clock, 24 hours a day. Just in case the hotline is busy, please leave a voice message and your enquiry will be responded to as soon as possible. You are also welcome to send us an email when you need assistance, and every effort will be made to respond to your email within 24 hours . If appropriate, your enquiry or complaint will be referred to the relevant officer for follow-up.
