Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme

Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme (GSH), regularised in 2018, provides an additional avenue for Green Form applicants to achieve home ownership. Given the “one-for-one” arrangement under GSH, each GSH flat serves the dual functions of addressing the home ownership aspirations of Green Form applicants and the housing needs of PRH applicants. HOS Secondary Market

Green Form Status: Public housing tenants and Green Form Certificate holders can purchase in the HOS Secondary Market flats sold under the HOS, Private Sector Participation Scheme, Tenants Purchase Scheme, Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Pilot Scheme or Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme.
White Form Status: The eligible White Form applicants allocated with quotas under the White Form Secondary Market Scheme (WSM) can purchase in the HOS Secondary Market flats sold under the HOS, Private Sector Participation Scheme, Tenants Purchase Scheme as well as flats after five years from the date of first assignment under Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Pilot Scheme.

Public housing tenants can make enquiries to registered account and submission of various applications through the Internet.

e-Services for Public Rental Housing Application

Public Rental Housing applicants can access "Easy Form Filling for PRH Application" or "Quick Updating of PRH Application" to fill in their e-application forms, view their application status, change their application particulars and their Detailed Vetting appointments (Date/Time).

Housing Electronic Building Records Online System (HeBROS), developed by the Independent Checking Unit, enables registered users to inspect and place orders online for copies of building records of properties owned and divested by the Housing Authority. You can register via MyGovHK.
