When you decide to terminate the employment contract of your foreign domestic helper, you should notify the Immigration Department within 7 days of the date of termination. This article will tell you how to notify Immigration Department online.

Online Notification to Immigration Department

Under Clause 12 of the Standard Employment Contract (ID407) for a foreign domestic helper, both the employer and the foreign domestic helper shall give the Director of Immigration notice in writing within 7 days of the date of termination.
