Tax Rates of Property Tax

Below is the tax rate of property tax for different years of assessment.

Year of Assessment	Tax Rate
2008/09 onwards	15%
2004/05 to 2007/08 #	16%
2003/04	15.5%
2002/03	15%

# 75% of the 2007/08 property tax is waived subject to a ceiling of $25,000 per case.
