Online Change of / Enquiry about Appointment for Document Verification
If you have applied for verification of eligibility for a permanent identity card and received an appointment letter to attend the Right of Abode Section for verification of the originals of your supporting documents, you can change or enquire about the scheduled appointment online. The following gives you the details about using this online service, an alternative way to change or enquire about your appointment by phone, and where to attend your appointment.
How to Change / Enquire about Your Appointment Online
Changing or enquiring about a document verification appointment online is a simple process. First you should access the service through the following link. Then you will need to enter the application reference number as shown on the appointment letter [such as RNVE-0000000-09(4)] and your date of birth. When changing an appointment you will have a choice of appointment dates available within 30 days from the next calendar day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), subject to the available quota.

If you wish to receive a reminder two days before the appointment date, you can set up an appointment reminder online, for which you will be asked to provide your email address. You can change your email address or cancel the reminder at least 3 days before the appointment date.
