The representative of a seaman (Owner or Charterer of the vessel or his local agent) could apply for permission to land crew member on discharge in the HKSAR subject to the fulfilment of normal immigration requirement.

Once the online application form is submitted, you are required to bring the following documents in person to Harbour Control Section to complete the application for permission to land crew member on discharge in the HKSAR:

(a) seaman book(s) and travel document(s) of the seaman/seamen; and

(b) confirmed onward booking(s) if the seaman/seamen is/are discharged for repatriation.
