This Scheme encourages enterprises with businesses in both Hong Kong and Mainland cities of the Greater Bay Area to hire Hong Kong young people to work in GBA Mainland cities. Starting from 2025, the eligibility requirements are relaxed to allow young people aged 29 or below with sub-degree or higher qualifications to join the scheme; and the limit of monthly allowance granted to enterprises is increased to $12,000 or 60 per cent of the monthly salaries of each employed young person, whichever is lower, for a period up to 18 months.
