How to register an account on e-Tendering System 

• Account registration in e-Tendering System (Works Contracts) or e-Tendering System (Works Consultancy Services) can be done by supplying your business email address and required information. For e-Tendering System (Non-works Tenders) , you can register an account by providing your email address and basic contact information.
• During registration process, the system will send email(s) containing a One Time Password(“OTP”) to your provided email address(es). You should check your email box(es) and key in the OTP contained therein into the e-TS for account verification. For security reasons, each OTP is valid for a limited period only. If your OTP has expired, please press the “Resend OTP” button shown on the registration page to generate a new one to continue the registration process.
