e-TS Programme

All visitors can enjoy the following functions:

1. View forecast of works tenders / consultancies;
2. View tender / invitation notices of participating bureaux / departments ("B/Ds");
3. View contract / consultancy award notices;

With a registered account, you may enjoy the following functions:

1. Receive tender invitations from participating B/Ds (for invited contractors / consultants / suppliers);
2. Receive e-notifications in relation to contracts / consultancies if (a) you have been invited to tender / submit proposal, (b) you have downloaded the tender / invitation documents, or (c) you have submitted tender / proposal;
3. Download tender / invitation documents, addenda and other related information;
4. Submit tender / proposal; and
5. Send messages / queries and respond to clarifications.

The functions listed in (i) to (v) above are available for works contracts / consultancies that invite and receive tenders / submissions via the e-TS Programme.
