e-Tendering System of the HKSAR Government

Welcome to e-Tendering System ("e-TS") Programme

This programme is to extend government electronic services to handle works and non-works tenders under the ambit of Central Tender Board and Public Works Tender Board, as well as works-related consultancy services under the ambit of Architectural and Associated Consultants Selection Board, Engineering and Associated Consultants Selection Board and relevant departmental consultants selection committees in a centralized portal electronically.

The e-Tendering System (“e-TS”) aims at providing a green shop for contractors / consultants / suppliers to acquire government tender information and submit tender electronically through a secured platform. The functions and applicability of the e-TS will be gradually enhanced and expanded. The performance of e-TS will be monitored and reviewed regularly for excellence of electronic services.
