e-Tendering System of the HKSAR Government

Welcome to e-Tendering System ("e-TS") Programme

This programme is to extend government electronic services to handle works tenders and goods and general services tenders under the ambit of Central Tender Board and Public Works Tender Board, as well as works-related consultancy services under the ambit of Architectural and Associated Consultants Selection Board, Engineering and Associated Consultants Selection Board and relevant departmental consultants selection committees in a portal electronically.

The e-Tendering System (“e-TS”) aims at providing a green shop for contractors / consultants / suppliers to acquire government tender information and submit tender electronically through a secured platform. Initially, the e-TS is capable of handling selected tenders. The functions and applicability of the e-TS will be gradually enhanced and expanded with a view to handling all qualified tenders in the long term. The performance of e-TS will be monitored and reviewed regularly for excellence of electronic services.
