Brief Description : |
In order to ensure water security and sustainable development in Hong Kong in the face of climate change, the Water Supplies Department (WSD) is exploring new water resources that are not susceptible to climate changes. The WSD plans to supply recycled water in full scale and is formulating the proposal on the supply, charge and use of recycled water in Hong Kong including legislative amendments under Waterworks Ordinance (Cap. 102) and Waterworks Regulations (Cap. 102A). This consultation is aimed at inviting public views on the proposal. |
