Registration for One-off Subsidy (Goods Vehicles)

To assist the transport trades in coping with the operating pressure in the prevailing economic environment, the Government provides the one-off subsidy to the transport trades under the Anti-epidemic Fund (the Fund).  The Fund provides a one-off non-accountable subsidy of HK$10,000 for each licensed goods vehicle.

Registration Arrangements

  • The Transport Department will issue letters from April to May 2020 to inform all eligible registered owners of goods vehicles of the detailed arrangements for Registration for One-off Subsidy (Goods Vehicles).
  • Eligible registered owners of goods vehicles have to use the 6-digit Registration PIN shown on the letters for registration through the online system provided by the Transport Department on or before 30 September 2020.
  • When eligible registered owners of goods vehicles have finished entering the required information, the system will display the Registration Reference Number instantly.
  • After the Transport Department has verified the submission, the subsidy will be disbursed to the local bank account provided through autopay in about 2 to 3 weeks.  The vehicle owner concerned will be informed separately after disbursement of the subsidy.
