Application for "Closed Road / Bus Lane / Restricted Zone / Prohibited Zone" Permit

Any person who wishes to drive a motor vehicle, or wishes a motor vehicle to be driven, on a closed road, in a bus lane, a restricted zone or a prohibited zone, within the meaning of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations (Cap. 374 sub. leg. G) may apply to the Commissioner for Transport for a permit and the Commissioner may issue such a permit subject to such conditions and period as the Commissioner may think fit.
