After 5:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. of the next working day Applicant will be placed in the queue and entered into the system according to the actual time of entry

(4) Due to the high volume of appointment bookings and the need for the system to verify the information promptly, the appointment registration form is valid for 20 minutes only. If the applicant information entered or service category selected during the booking is inaccurate, you will have to make a new appointment.

(7) If incomplete/invalid information has been provided during the appointment booking, or if a duplicate booking is made, the booking will be cancelled without further notice.
