View/Download Business Registration Demand Note and Business Registration Certificate

The outstanding business/branch registration demand note is available for viewing, downloading and printing through the “View/Download Business Registration Demand Note” service.  Upon full settlement, the relevant business/branch registration certificate can be viewed, downloaded and printed within the following 2 months through “View/Download Business Registration Certificate” service.

These services are available to –

• the sole proprietor – in respect of a sole proprietorship and its branch;
• any of the partners – in respect of a partnership and its branch;
• the secretary, manager or any of the directors – in respect of a business and its branch carried on by a company;
• any of the principal officers – in respect of a business and its branch carried on by a body of persons; and
• the Business Tax Portal (BTP) Administrators and the Authorized Users handling the business registration matters of a business – in respect of the business and its branch.

Depending on the type of the relevant business and the user’s capacity, the above user may view, download and print the demand note/certificate via the following dedicated portal account:

• Individual Tax Portal (ITP);
• BTP;
• Tax Representative Portal (TRP).
