This service allows taxpayers to make specific requests or replies and upload attachments in TIFF, GIF, JPG or PDF file formats as supporting to the Inland Revenue Department in relation to the following matters :

  • Individual Tax Matters
  • Property Tax (with 2 or more owners)
  • Employer's Matters
  • Business Registration Matters
  • Stamp Duty
  • Tax Payment and Recovery
  • Certificate of Resident Status
  • About ITP

Messages in relation to matters not listed above can be categorized under "General Matters".
