Certificate of Resident Status

If you or your sole proprietorship business wish(es) to apply for a Certificate of Resident Status for the purposes of claiming tax benefits under a Comprehensive Double Taxation Agreement / Arrangement, you can submit application through eTAX – Individual Tax Portal (ITP).

If you are the appointed service agent, you can submit the relevant application on behalf of your client through eTAX – Tax Representative Portal (TRP).
