Appointment booking

• This online service allows you to book appointment for the current working day and the next 5 working days.
• For booking appointment of the current working day, the time slots available for booking will be updated at around 7:00 a.m. on each working day.
• For booking appointment of the next 5 working days, the date and time slots available for booking will be updated at around 12:00 midnight every day.
• The new business / branch registration counter service starts from 8:45 a.m. on each working day. If you need this counter service, please select the time slots which commence after 8:45 a.m.
• If you need to change an appointment date and/or time slot, please cancel the appointment and make a fresh booking online.
