Upon completion of your application for the “Notice of Application for Access to Information”, you may use this service to download and print the Notice.
How to Download the Notice of Application for Access to Information
You can click the following link and then enter the Application Reference Number and the applicant’s date of birth. If the information provided matches the ImmD’s records, the Notice of Application for Access to Information will be shown for downloading and printing. It is available for download within six months after completion of the application.
