What Is “EC-Ship”?

“EC-Ship” is an online portal developed by Hongkong Post to provide reliable, efficient and affordable posting solutions. You can choose to send international and local mail through the following EC-Ship mailing services:

  • Speedpost (Standard Service)
  • Vantage (Courier)
  • Air Registered Mail
  • Air Parcel
  • Surface Registered Mail
  • Surface Parcel
  • Local CourierPost
  • Local Parcel
  • Local Registered Mail
  • EC-Get

 

The following types of bulk mailing are also available:

    • Local Bulk Mail
    • Bulk Air Mail
    • Lightweight Surface Mail Items
    • Lightweight Air Mail Items
    • Local Periodicals
    • International Periodicals
    • Identical Mails Not Less Than 100 in Number

On this portal, you can prepare and print shipping labels as well as pay the Estimated Postage online by credit card before posting, or paying at counters by cash, EPS, Octopus, stamp, postage label, credit card, Faster Payment System (FPS), e-wallet (Alipay, WeChat Pay, BOC Pay /Union Pay QR) or via Permit Mailing Deposit Account (prior application to the Financial Services Division of Hongkong Post is required) at a designated post offices.

How to Access “EC-ship” via MyGovHK?

To enjoy one-stop login, you must have an active “EC-Ship” account and a registered MyGovHK account. Then, you can log into your MyGovHK account, select “Access EC-Ship” under the List of Online Services, and follow the steps to link up the two accounts. Please note that one MyGovHK account can only be linked up with one “EC-Ship” account.
