Environmental Enquiries & Complaints

As environmental issues may have impact on our daily lives, various Government departments have established their helpdesk to handle enquiries and complaints from the public. Here you can find out which department to contact, and how to enquire or complain about an environmental issue.


If you have any enquiries or complaints about pollution, the Environmental Protection Department's Customer Service Centre is ready to help. The Centre will allow you to:

  • Register a complaint.
  • Enquire about pollution issues.
  • Access a helpdesk.
  • Obtain the latest news on departmental services.

Nature Parks, Conservation and Animal Protection

The Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department always welcomes public enquiries, suggestions or complaints. The Department can be contacted on its hotline, by email, or by mail or in person.

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department welcomes any enquiries, comments, suggestions or complaints about the beaches it manages and listings on the Register of Old and Valuable Trees.

The Water Supplies Department strives to satisfy the public’s need for quality water supply services. If you have any enquiries, suggestions or opinions about the water supply services in Hong Kong, you are much welcome to contact the Water Supplies Department via phone, fax, email, post or in person.
