This Scheme encourages Hong Kong enterprises having operation in both Hong Kong and GBA Mainland cities to employ graduates who were awarded bachelor’s degrees or above from 2019 to 2021 according to Hong Kong laws, offer them a monthly salary of not less than HK$18,000 and station them in the Mainland cities of the Greater Bay Area to work and receive on-the-job training.
