• All full-time or part-time primary students (from Primary 1 to 6) are eligible.
  
• The competition is in team format. Each team should consist of no less than 2 and no more than 4 individuals.
  
• The team member list shall subject to no change once the entry form is submitted.
  
• There is no limitation on the number of entries each school or team submits. However, only one entry will be granted awards for each participating school.

• The radio drama produced by each team should be no longer than 5 minutes.
  
• The radio drama should include the script, with the drama’s title, roles and different scenes. All elements of the drama should fit with the theme of introducing and promoting GovHK.
  
• The script should be written in Chinese and conducted in Cantonese.
  
• The recording format of the radio drama should be mp3 or wma file.
  
• The script should be saved in doc. format.
  
• The recording content and the script of the radio drama should be saved in a CD-ROM.

• All entries must be original, have never been released (including online release) or submitted for other competitions, and not infringe rights (including copyright) of others.
  
• If participants are authorised the right to include in their entry any music whose copyright is owned by others, they must declare so in their entry.
  
• All entries will not be returned.
  
• The organisers will be authorised the right to use the entries, and to amend, edit, duplicate, release, distribute, display or make available for educational or commercial purposes without prior consent from or payment of copyright fee to the participants.
  
• The judging panel will assess entries on the basis of creativity, presentation and production techniques, etc. The decisions and the results of the competition by the judging panel will be final and indisputable.
  
• The organisers reserve the right to amend and interpret the competition rules without prior notice.
  
• Participants shall take full responsibility of any consequence of copyright infringement.
  
• The organisers will not be responsible for any loss, delay or wrong relay of the entries.
  
• Members of the organisers or co-organisers are not eligible to participate in the competition.
  
• By submitting their entry forms, participants agree to the competition rules above.
