Application for Supply of Information on the Business Register

The following information and documents are available for online application:

• Electronic extract of information on the Business Register
• Certified extract of information on the Business Register
• Certified copy of a valid business/branch registration certificate
• Duplicate of a valid business/branch registration certificate

Important Notes

• Applicants are required to input the Business Registration Number of the business or branch concerned and to make payment online by JCB, Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, FPS or PPS (FPS and PPS does not support payment via mobile devices). 
• The business register does not contain information for a business or branch which has ceased for 10 years or more.
• The business register does not contain information for a business or branch which has just been registered and its information has not yet been entered onto the business register.
• Certified copy or duplicate can be provided in respect of a valid business or branch registration certificate only.
