If you have any difficulty in using eTAX services but cannot find the solution from the frequently asked questions, please call the eTAX Help Desk at (852) 183 2011 during the service hours (Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) 8:15 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.)

You are also welcome to contact the Help Desk by e-mail any time. Inland Revenue Department aims at responding as soon as practicable within the next 2 working days. To facilitate a prompt response, please provide your name, day-time Hong Kong contact telephone number and file reference number, if applicable, in your e-mail.
