“Hongkong Post Circular Service”, an unaddressed direct mail service, is a geographically targeted medium to help expand your businesses by getting your promotional messages across to potential customer segments, both residential and commercial.

To use this service, you must have an active “Circular Service” account and a registered MyGovHK account. Then, you can log into your MyGovHK account, select “Access Hongkong Post Circular Service” under the List of Online Services, and follow the steps to link up the two accounts. Please note that one MyGovHK account can only be linked up with one “Circular Service” account.
