The Scheme provides loans for students who are not eligible for the Tertiary Student Finance Scheme – Publicly-funded Programmes and Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students to meet their tuition fees.

Tuition fee reimbursement and non-means-tested loan are available for students enrolled in Project Yi Jin. Eligible full-time Project Yi Jin Students may also apply for student travel subsidy. Find more details here.
